Our project inquiry form asks for your name and email address. You can also provide your company, phone number, city, project type and project details. Only name and email are required. Information you send by email or discuss with us by phone may also become part of your inquiry or project records.

Please do not include passwords, alarm codes, access credentials, payment information or other sensitive security details in the website form.

How we use inquiry information

We use contact and project information to respond to requests, discuss equipment and installation options, prepare quotes, coordinate service and maintain business records. We may also contact customers about relevant products and services, including Deep Sentinel. Contact us using the details below if you do not want marketing communications.

Deep Sentinel installation requests

When you contact Kingdom Builders Electronics requesting a Deep Sentinel installation, we share your contact information and relevant project details with Deep Sentinel to help handle that request. This sharing is tied to your request for Deep Sentinel installation; simply visiting our website does not submit an installation request.

Kingdom Builders Electronics is a Deep Sentinel partner and earns a commission on Deep Sentinel sales. Deep Sentinel provides the remote guard monitoring service. Its handling of information and use of its products and services are described in Deep Sentinel’s privacy policy.

Website hosting and form processing

Netlify hosts this website and processes its contact-form submissions. Information submitted through the form is processed by Netlify so KBE can receive and manage inquiries. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and secure their services. See Netlify’s privacy information.

Cookies, tracking and external links

The current KBE website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, embedded social-media widgets or site-authored tracking cookies. Its navigation script does not store information in browser local storage. Hosting-related technical processing is described above.

The website does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track setting; the current site does not use cross-site advertising tracking. External links take you to other providers’ websites, which have their own privacy and cookie practices. Those providers may collect information when you visit their sites.

Your questions and choices

You may contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry, request corrections or deletion, ask about retention, or request that marketing messages stop. Please identify the inquiry using the name and email address you used, without sending sensitive credentials. We will discuss the request with you, including any business-record or legal requirements relevant to it.

This notice concerns the KBE website and inquiries. It does not replace the privacy notices or service terms for a camera or monitoring service you choose to purchase.
